Mesotheliom does not occur until 20-50 years after exposure to asbestos.It is also evident that Mesothelioum also caused due to the other agents like radiation,viruses and man made fibres.There is no relationship between mesothelioma and smoking.

1)Shortness of breath.
2)Cough.
3)Fever.
4)Weight loss.
5)Abdominal pain,vomiting and nausea.
6)Fatigue or anemia
Prevention:
Awareness programme is the most essential factor to prevent Mesotheloima diseases.Any clothes worn while working with asbestos should be left at the site.The treatment with chemotherapy,radiation therapy,immuno therapy,surgery can be done to prevent mesothelioma disease.
