Balanced diets

A Balanced diet contains the various groups of nutrients,particularly proteins and vitamins and meets a person caloric needs.The components of a balanced diet differ according to age,sex,physical activity and the physiological state.Balanced diet should have 50-60% carbohydrates 30-50% fats,and 10-15% proteins with necessary vitamins and minerals.In conclusion,we should choose at least one foodstuff from the following groups so that we can have a balanced diet.
